Wild wind Turbine Platoon

I am thrilled at finding other people in the world wanting to make a change. I was in a hilly area in nothern europe and saw a small wind farm that a local farmer started. He has about 30 windmills up and place on the highest part of the ridges of his property. I was about ten miles away and could see them. They were an awesome sight. I was told that whatever he does not use up the local utility company has to buy back from him at the going rate. I would love to see something like that in every area which has sufficiant wind available in every part of the world

“Buying back” or “selling back” energy is a myth. You will recieve credits for the kwh you do not consume. If you have an off the grid application you obviously won’t recieve anything. Electrical companies are mandated in the US to allow you to plug in you wind turbine in to the current system to allow you to have back up service or in the vast majority of cases to supplement you energy usage.
