Pre-conditions:

• • Building permit must be in place for a 250kW wind turbine on 30m tower height and 27m rotor diameter.
  • NIE Grid connection offer must be in place
  • Minimum lease term required 25 – 30 years

Joint Venture (JV) deals also considered. Sites with existing building permit and NIE grid offer is mandatory!!
Permit must allow: minimum of 30m hub height and minimum of 27m rotor diameter – minimum of 225kW
