- All products sold by MyWindPowerSystem are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty programs. All warranty claims must be requested from and processed through the manufacturer’s warranty support. We will gladly assist you with processing warranty claims for items purchased from us. We can also assist and direct you with any replacement parts or accessories you may need to order
Please note: Improper installation or operation of your wind turbine will null and void your manufacturer warranty. Your system must be installed by a qualified installer. Wind turbines, like other sources of electrical power, must be installed following the guidelines established by your state/province and local regulations. Consult a local electrical contractor or the local planning and zoning office for details and regulations.
Wind turbines with auto-furl are not intended for use at a height over 40 feet high. They are also not intended for locations situated on a cliff, hill or incline of any sort. This type of incline will create an updraft that will inhibit the auto-furl feature from functioning properly and will cause damage to the turbine. Please ensure when installing a turbine with auto-furl, that you choose a flat surface that is level.
Warranty Periods
Most wind turbines come with a standard 1-2 year manufacturer warranty. The exact length of warranty will be shown on your final invoice for the products purchased from us. Various extended warranties are also offered by the majority of our manufacturers. Extended warranties must be bought at the time of your wind turbine order. Please enquire for prices on extended warranties by contacting us via email.
Inverters and controllers have a wide range of warranties offered depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty section of your invoice.
Warranty Validation instructions: Please have your qualified installer sign off on your receipt upon completion of the installation and mail a scanned photocopy to MywindPowerSystem. In addition you’ll need to take photos of the complete electrical system, charging system and the wind turbine to send in to us along with your receipt to verify that proper installation has been done. The receipt copy along with the above mentioned photos can be emailed to the address here.
MyWindPowerSystem shall not be subject to and disclaims all consequential or incidental damages claimed to result from use of our products.
Repairs and maintenance should be performed by your qualified installer. MyWindPowerSystem is under no obligation to perform any repairs or maintenance work which needs to be undertaken on your system. Tip: Find out in advance what kind of after service warranty your qualified installer offers.

Warranty: Turbines are warranted for a period of two years on drive train and blades. One year on major components, replacement parts available.
Payment:
Methods of payment accepted: Certified Bank CHQ – Bank Draft – T/T Bank Wire Transfer
We accept bank transfers, certified bank cheques and Bank Drafts .
Certified Bank Cheques and Bank Drafts are accepted for larger purchases.
We accept T/T Bank Transfers for larger and out of country purchases. Just contact us by email and you’ll receive a detailed invoice including the T/T Bank Transfer details.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment of 100% of total sales price by T/T wire transfer, certified bank cheque or Bank Draft required. For orders over $15,000.00, a upfront payment of 80% of total sales price is required before goods are being shipped and the remaining 20% are payable before collection/delivery.
