Prospective Proposers will have an opportunity to request clarification of anything in this Proposal by contacting Paul E. Keith, Project Manager, at pkeith@capecodrta.org or by calling (508) 385-1430, Extension 101, until 4:00 PM on Friday, January 8, 2010.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Proposal Content and Proposed Price in separate sealed envelopes within the submittal package. These sealed Proposals must be received at the CCRTA Administrative Offices, P. O. Box 1988, 215 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, MA 02601 no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, January 22, 2010. Proposals received after the date and time specified will be rejected as non-responsive and will be returned to the respondent unopened. Proposers are alerted that the Postal Service does not deliver mail directly to the CCRTA Administrative Offices and so are encouraged to deliver their proposals by courier or in hand.

The CCRTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, and to waive informalities and irregularities, as it deems in its best interest. Funding for this procurement is through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and is administered by the Federal Transit Administration. In accordance with the ARRA Act, the Vendor’s attention is drawn to the requirement that it and any subcontractors or subrecipients strictly meet the DUNS (www.dnb.com) and CCR (www.ccr.gov) registration requirements.
