The European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) has published a new report revealing that by 2020, the EU wind industry could avoid 342 million tonnes of CO2- equivalent to a to a massive 31% of the EU's target of reducing CO2 emissions by 20%. It was announced on 13 December that the UK Ports Operator, Associated British Ports (ABP) and turbine manufacturer Siemens, have finalised agreement to construct a £210m turbine assembly plant at Hull, North East England. Outline plans were proposed in January 2010, but the firms confirmed they have submitted joint planning applications for their Green Port Hull facility on England’s North East coast, which will accommodate the storage, handling, assembly and testing of offshore wind turbine components.

This turbine was delivered to Milan in 2001 and has since been stored in a local warehouse. It has never been used. This is a V47, build in Denmark with a power output of 660kw.
The tower for this machine is not included. The price is $150,000. That's an amzing offer. A 660 kw never used Vestas at the price of a used wind turbine. Don't let this bargain go away.
