Companies consider Poland as very promising investment platform in wind energy sector. Our company 3E Ltd is a part of this platform. Currently we are searching for investors eager to buyout our wind farm projects that are in different stages of preparation or on the other hand we seek companies that will act on finance partnership bases by buying shares in our company that afterwards will realize the projects.

Mainly we base on „develop-and-sell” scheme that involves preparation of projects for sale and zero interest in shareholding in constructed project.

Coming to the substance of the matter nowadays we are in charge of a few dozens projects of wind farms in the area of provinces: pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, warmińsko-mazurskie and mazowsze. They could be devided into 3 groups based on their power: small farms – from 4 to 12MW, large – from 34 to 48MW and very large – over 120MW.

The farms are located in the most windy parts of Poland. For most of them land development plans are being made and for the rest, mostly some smaller projects, planning permission has been given.

Summing up we would like to say that the energy prices in Poland are one of the highest in Europe which means that the investment in our country would be very profitable. Furhermore our projects indicate excellent IRR and NPV rates.
