Land WANTED in Northern Ireland
Established Wind Energy Developer is looking for eight individual plots of land in Northern Ireland to either lease from you or buy immediately.
Purpose is for commercial use to install and operate a single wind turbines on each site with max. 40m hub height.
Sites with already existing building permit for wind turbine operation preferred!!
Permit must allow: 40m hub height, 27m rotor diameter – 250kW
If option available to buy the land, a minimum of 1000 square meters is required.
Lease options offered:
- Reimbursement of initial planning permission costs plus value added bonus (to be negotiated)
- Option 1 – Outright lease – payable quarterly or
- Option 2 – quarterly minimum lease fee plus share of revenue.
Minimum lease term required 25 – 30 years
Preferred locations:
- North Antrim
- East Antrim
- South Antrim
- Tyrone
- East Londonderry
- Foyle
- Mid Ulster
- North Down
- Strangford
Coastal areas preferential.

amount of Coastal land I have for rent
for wind farm.
This land may not suit you as it is in Donegal.
Site one contains 40 acres, very windy site,
Site two 22 acres,not as windy but still good.
