These turbines are perfect for a professional refurbisher to sell on with a massive profit after refurbishment or for someone who has the time, willingness and ability to bring these beautiful machines back to life. All were in operation before dismantled and come out of a bankrupt auctioned stock in the US. These are 60hz frequency machines.
Enquirers from 50hz grid frequency countries need not enquire as it would not be economical to convert these to operate on 50hz grid!
24m lattice tower included! All towers will be stripped and re-coated and re-painted with anti-corrosive paint before sold and shipped. See pictures below.

All 20 complete units fit in a total of 21 containers. As a guideline,we had been quoted the shipping costs per container from Vietnam to a US seaport as $3.500.00 per container/wind turbine unit. Total shipping costs Vietnam – USA approx .$70,000.00

These are the famous Windmatic 17S US Model – which had been shipped from the US to Vietnam but had not been installed due to local logistic problems.
Preferable to be sold as a package but single units also available. Please request price for single units.
Build in 1984 – These danish build workhorse machines are still in operation all over the US. All parts are standard ‘off the shelf’ parts and technical support is widely available. The smaller brother of the 17S, the WindMatic 15S, is still being manufactured new in the US as a retrofit such is the known reliablity of this proven and robust Wind Turbine.
Two or three nacelle covers had been damaged in transit (dents and cuts into nacelle housing) – Although not affecting functionality, these damaged nacelle covers can be cloned and rebuild by owner ir requested!
See below graph for projected yearly income from a single turbine…. multiply the amounts by 20 and you can start laughing all the way to the bank.

Annual production per turbine: 190,000Kwh @ 12.5 mph avg. – that is 3,800,000Kwh per annum generated by all 20 turbines!

We have remanufactured and delivered over 40 of these turbines in the past 24 months. An optional cold weather package for these turbines is available. We completely update the entire yaw drive system with all new components and add a new heavier bull gear.

I have a proven ridgetop windsite in Plainfield, VT, and I am ready to make the upgrade to a larger machine (from a Bergey 10 kW, up for sale or trade). I would prefer an 80′ tubular tower, but can work with self-supporting lattice. Shipping would be for one unit/container to Portland, Maine, or Boston, Massachusetts.

One turbine per container. We had a quote for shipping from Vietnam to USA for $1,100 per container. All 20 turbines will require 21 containers. One container for accessories and miscellaneous parts

How much per unit for a single unit and do you know how much the shipment to Manila, Philippines. Have you got any workshop manuals for the unit or any paperwork that would help fot the assembly of the unit? Have you got all bolts and brackets for the assembly?
